All DOMESTIC orders take up to 4 days to process and 7 days to arrive once it is done processing. Until further notice.
International customers have a 6 week delivery time.

Subscriptions for Incarcerated individuals:
Please note that in accordance with prison guidelines Inmates cannot receive a Free T-shirt with their subscriptions and we do not ship the free item to an alternate address. Please note that subscriptions must be properly labeled (I.E Inmate ID after the last name, correctional institution in the Company line etc).
We are not responsible for issues that are not received due to improper address submissions.

Please note that we do our best to ensure customers receive the magazines in their subscriptions but ultimately, we have no control over postal service error and magazines in your subscription do not come with tracking information. If a customer misses 3 magazines in a row we recommend a refund of the subscription.

Payment And Ordering Info
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and checks. Web store orders are limited to credit cards. Please see “Ordering by Mail” for further instruction on paying with checks or money orders.
Order maximum is $350 USD, orders over 350 are subject to decline.
We reserve the right to have a customer service representative verify any orders over the $100 amount. This verification will occur over email from [email protected].
Appropriate sales tax is charged on all orders being shipped to California.
Please write out your order on a piece of paper and include the following:
- Size, quantity, color preference for each item
- The shipping and billing names and addresses
- Contact info (email address and/or phone number, including area code and country code if applicable)
- Order total including:
8.5% sales tax (if the order is being shipped to California),
and shipping (please email us at [email protected] for a shipping estimate)
- We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards for mailed in orders. If you send your credit card number, please include the expiration date and 3 digit CVC code on the back.
Domestic subscriptions take 10-12 weeks to start from the previous issue cut-off and International subscriptions take 12-14 weeks to start from the previous issue cut-off. FreeT-shirts 9if applicable) are typically sent out within 1-3 weeks of ordering.

Subscriptions are via the US Postal Service; no tracking is available for subscriptions.
International Customers who attempt to purchase a US subscription are subject to have their subscription cancelled (at any time) and orders will be refunded. International Customers must purchase the correct subscription at the correct rate.
You will receive renewal notices when your subscription is about to expire. Three of these will be sent to the address on file.. To ensure there is no gap in the subscription, please remit payment along with the first renewal notice. You can either send a check or money order along with the form, or you can renew online. Please be sure to enter the old address information online exactly as it is shown on the new address label when renewing online.
Please email your old and new address to [email protected] as soon as you learn what your new address will be. This needs to be done 8 weeks in advance in order for you to not miss any issues in the meantime be sure to have your magazines forwarded through the US Postal Service. We do not replace issues missed due to improper address chnage submissions. If Customers cannot have their Mail forwarded by the post office please email for a refund of the subscription.
Subscription cancellations take 8 weeks to cycle. Please email [email protected] to have your subscriptoin cancelled.
Returns, Backorders, & Clothing Colors
We will exchange or refund any item still in resellable condition within 30 days.
*Please note: free subscription items such as t-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the customers responsibiltiy to ensure that they have selected the correct T-Shirt size before placing the order.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items under any circumstance.
All returns must be accompanied with an order number, name and reason for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return.

Due to high demand, an item size or colorway may be out of stock by the time your order is received by our shipping department. If this happens, we will contact you via email to find out if you prefer to replace the item or cancel it from the order.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
NOTE: If your package is unable to be delivered for any reason and is returned to our facility, we will issue you a refund for the price of the contents when we receive the package. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for these orders. Free Subscription T-shirts are not eligible for reshipment.

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for paying customs fees upon pick up in destination country, as well as shipping and handling fees (which are paid on the website at time of purchase) These are Separate fees and the customer is responsible for paying them, we have to ship all packages in accordance with USPS guidelines.
Order Status And Tracking
If you have chosen UPS as a shipping option, a tracking number will be generated once your order has shipped. UPS will send you an email to the email address submitted with your order. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 days of your order, please check your SPAM folder, as tracking emails have been directed there. If you still can not find the email, please email us at [email protected]and we can retrieve the tracking information for you.
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and color because we begin processing purchases immediately after they are submitted online. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
There is currently no way to check your order status through the web store. Your invoice number is not a UPS tracking number.
